Join a session about asset management - and share your own experiences
This session tells the story of how to procure and implement an asset management system for road maintenance and operations.
 
The session revolves around the Danish and Norwegian system for road asset management and how to implement an IT-system, that support the strategic and societal goals of Norway and Denmark.
 
This session encourages you to share your own experiences and examples related to asset management. If you would like more information, you can find details via the link below.
 
The moderator for the session is Silas Nørager, Executive Manager at the Danish Road Directorate.

Biodiversity – two sessions about vegetation covered road verges

We invite you to join two sessions that will revolve around green corridors along the roads and how we can connect isolated nature areas. Some of the topics will include how artificial intelligence (AI) can help fight invasive plant species, how to prevent wildlife-vehicle collisions and the mortality rate of bumblebee queens.
 
Although, the two sessions are connected in theme and focus, it’s not a problem if you can only attend one of the two sessions.
 
Johan Rÿdlov, Specialist and National Coordinator for Landscape at the Swedish Transport Administration, will be present to moderate both sessions.

Where to stay in Copenhagen

You can either book hotels on your own or when registering for the conference. We suggest that you do this well in advance.

Hotel rooms have been pre-booked at special conference rates for the participants at the venue hotel and in two other hotels in the vicinity of the venue. We encourage you to book the hotel when you make your registration online so you will not risk that your preferred hotel is fully booked.

If for some reason it is more convenient for you to book the hotel room after having registered for the conference it is still possible to book and achieve the favourable conference rate, as long as rooms are available.
