We hope to see you at the Via Nordica 2024 congress which will be held in Copenhagen on 11-12(13) June 2024.

 

The congress programme presents a variety of inspiring sessions and technical tours. There will be four parallel sessions and several technical tours – take a look at the descriptions of the sessions available at the congress website:   

 

 

 

On Day 3 (optional), the Via Nordica 2024 congress offers two Special Technical Tours. Availability is on a first come, first served basis, early registration is therefore recommended. For more information about the Special Technical Tours, please consult the Via Nordica 2024 congress website:

 

The Special Technical Tours take place on the third (optional) day of the Via Nordica 2024 and requires an extra day in Copenhagen. Read more about the two Special Technical Tours below. The tours are parallel, and you can only register for one. 

A visit to Fehmarnbelt will give you a chance to learn more about the construction of the Fehmarnbelt Tunnel, which will be a fixed link across the Fehmarnbelt between Denmark and Germany.

 

The tour is an opportunity to visit the exhibition centre at Rødbyhavn. The technical tour offers insight into all aspects of the project. Read more about fee and duration of this tour at the congress website.

 

You register for the Special Technical Tours along with registration for the congress.

Visit one of the projects of the Danish Road Directorate. The new Storstrøm Bridge will connect Zealand with Falster via Masnedø.

 

The bridge will be approximately 4 km in length and will be Denmark’s third longest bridge. The Storstrøm Bridge will be a double track electrified railway and a two-lane regional road. Furthermore, the bridge will include a lane for cyclists and pedestrians.
